Question: I was playing Netball for my county and during an interception I was knocked to the floor landing on my lower back. The following day I was struggling to walk. I have rested my back for 3 weeks now and I am urging to get back into my sport, is there anything you can recommend that won’t further injure my back?

Question: During a football match at the weekend I over-stretched whilst running for the ball. I think I may have strained my calf. It feels very tight and I keep getting cramp, the area is also painful to touch. Is there anything I can do to ease the pain and to prevent it happening again?

Question: I’m a keen Hockey player and during a match whilst running I changed direction suddenly. Straight away I felt pain on the inside of my knee. I tried to continue to play but it was too painful, my knee also felt loose. When I touch the inside of my knee it hurts and it is very painful when I turn my foot to the side. Is there anything I can wear to make the knee more stable and how long do I have to refrain from playing for?

Question: I play for my local ladies rounder’s team and our matches are held on a tarmac surface. I have been feeling sharp pains up my shins whilst running, which has gradually got worse the more matches I play. Is there any way I can treat this problem and stop it happening again?
